Venture Stream Announces Six New Appointments

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve made six new appointments in three months as we prepare to meet ambitious plans to treble the size of the business over the next three years. Below, we introduce our new hires!

Andrew Surrey has ten years’ experience as a developer and joins Venture Stream as Head of Development from creative technology agency Tangent Snowball. His new role will see him lead on a number of ecommerce website development projects.

In a second senior appointment, Rob Stanley starts as a Senior Magento Developer from Manchester-based CTI digital to support Andrew in delivering a number of significant ecommerce website builds. Dean Dolan has also made the move from Manchester joining the team from digital agency BLISS as a front-end website developer.

Previously Ecommerce Manager at The Pen Shop, Gareth Banfi also joins Venture Stream with the same role where he will be responsible for overseeing activity across new and existing accounts, providing a solid infrastructure to help drive and support the marketing strategies of clients.

Specialising in marketing and design, Collay Dennis joins the business as a Digital Marketing Executive. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Collay is a Durham University Masters graduate and moves from her role as marketing manager for a local online retailer.

Daniel Barclay has also joined the team on a 16-month apprenticeship facilitated by Middlesbrough-based professional services apprenticeship company 3AAA.

Newcastle-based ecommerce and digital marketing specialist Venture Stream has seen over 60 per cent growth in the last 12 months and doubled its client roster to service over 40 clients, including The Pen Shop, Barbour and Yogamatters.
