On 25th May 2018 the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force, replacing the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC. - at which time those organisations that are not GDPR compliant may face heavy fines.
This new regulation will have a significant impact on most businesses - particularly those that heavily engage in marketing activities.
As ecommerce and marketing specialists carrying out marketing and communications activities on behalf of dozens of clients, we ourselves fall into this category of business - as do the majority of our clients.
