Venture Stream Acquires Fellow Digital Marketing Agency Flow Digital

We’re delighted to announce that we have officially acquired fellow Newcastle-based agency Flow Digital Limited!

 

 

Flow Digital was founded by digital entrepreneur Adam McCrory in 2013 and is particularly well known in the market for its SEO and content marketing services. This makes Flow a great fit both in terms of service offering and the skills of its team.

This new partnerships forms part of both our short and long-term expansion strategy and sees us grow to a 25-strong team of talented staff with annual billings in excess of £1.3 million.

Now that the acquisition is complete, Venture Stream will continue to operate Flow Digital as a standalone business with its team servicing its customers from our head office in Newcastle’s city centre.
