Venture Stream to Deliver Magento Masterclass

We are delighted to announce that on April 18th, our resident Magento experts Andy Redfern and James Chapman will be delivering a Magento Masterclass at Campus North, Newcastle City Centre.

The event, hosted by e-commerce interest group Magento North East, is open to both members and non-members, offering tips and advice from online retail and software and platform experts along with the opportunity to network with other professionals.

With a 60% increase in numbers already this year, the North East Magento group is one of the fastest growing of its kind in the UK and currently has 60 members.

In the talks, Andy and James will discuss how online stores can transform customer experience and in turn maximise the opportunity to convert visitors to loyal customers, directly adding value to the bottom line.

Within the first of two presentations, Andy will break down exactly how to create the best possible customer experience through the Magento platform through developing fully-integrated systems that deliver optimal results for your business. This will include Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and exploring useful integration plug-ins and extensions that all Magento sites should have, including Optimizely and Nosto.

Digital marketing expert James will deliver the second talk, discussing how to fully audit Magento websites to ensure your site isn’t letting you down as well as explore how to make the most of a Magento site from an e-commerce marketing perspective.

Both of our experts Andy and James will be on-hand after the seminar to provide personalised advice and those attending will also have the opportunity to network with other business owners and e-commerce professionals.
