In 2022, we launched a brand new Shopify Plus website for Funky Chunky Furniture, and we’re proud to say that our team’s hard work was recognised at this year’s UK Digital Growth Awards in the ‘B2C Ecommerce Website of the Year’ category.

PPC Campaign of the Year (B2C) & Best Low Budget Campaign - UK Digital Excellence Awards 2023
At the beginning of 2023 we were shortlisted three times across two categories at the UK Digital Excellence Awards – PPC Campaign of the Year and Best Low Budget Campaign. Our work on The Panel Company, Direct4Baby and Aquacadabra’s paid media accounts secured us several spots on the shortlist.

Campaign of the Year (Agency - Budget over £50k) - North East Marketing Awards 2022
In 2022 we were back at the North East Marketing Awards once again, this time nominated not once but twice for the Campaign of the Year Award. It was our PPC team’s exceptional results for clients Direct4Baby and The Panel Company that earned us recognition across the region.

After being shortlisted for several North East Marketing Awards back in 2019, we’re very happy to say that we represented the region once again at the NE Marketing Awards 2021. This time we were up for Agency of the Year Award, against only two other agencies, for companies with over 20 employees.

We are incredibly excited to be able to say we’ve won our first Global Ecommerce Award. Our previous work with Yogamatters picked up awards in 2017, but in 2020 it was time for a brand new, bespoke Shopify Plus website to support the company’s continued growth.

We are proud to be shortlisted for the Best Integrated Agency award at the Northern Digital Awards 2020. It is great to be a part of the increasingly competitive awards for another year and to be shortlisted in a new category for 2020. Our entry included an overview of our financial figures, amazing company culture and specific campaigns that demonstrate our ability to increase revenue and keep clients at the forefront of their space.

Venture Stream was named the winner of the Best Small Integrated Search Agency at the national UK Search Awards. This is the first time we entered these awards so are delighted that we have been recognised outside the toon for our success. The judges crowned us the winners for demonstrating fantastic ROI for clients and our company growth.

It was a great pleasure to bring home the award for Best eCommerce Website for our fashion client, Master Debonair. Our client needed a website, capable of servicing £2 million in revenue each year and reflected their brand positioning of luxury men’s retail. We crafted a first-class consumer ecommerce website that leveraged the best online retail practices and partnership.

Our now Paid Search Director, Sean Anderson, won Young Digital Marketer of the Year at the Northern Digital Awards in 2017. Best eCommerce AdWords Campaign - Northern eCommerce Awards 2017
Our first award we ever won was the Best eCommerce AdWords Campaign at the Northern eCommerce Awards in 2017 for our work with long-time client Frugi Organic Clothing, which returned the highest Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS) of all the entries which impressed the judges.

Venture Stream’s first ever recognition within the awards industry was at the Dadi Awards in 2015. Shortlisted for the best use of paid search with iconic British fashion retailer, Barbour, this award shortlisted for innovation, effectiveness and tangible results.
